摘要
采用电子万能实验机对火焰喷涂尼龙1010和纳米石墨复合涂层的力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:当m(尼龙1010)∶m(纳米石墨)=100∶1时,涂层综合性能较好,涂层与基体(45#钢)的结合强度为42.96MPa,涂层自拉伸强度为42.76MPa,通过扫描电镜观察,涂层表面致密.
The mechanical property of flame sprayed nylon1010 and nanometer graphite coating was studied by (universal) testing instruments.The result showed that when m(nylon1010)∶m(nanometer graphite)=100∶1,the property of the coating was best.The coating-substrate adhesion stress was (42.96 MPa.)The self-strength of the coating was 42.76 MPa.The SEM showed that the surface of the coating was fine and close.
