摘要
目的 评价角膜穿孔修补、外伤性白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入联合手术的临床效果。方法 对该联合手术 3 8例 3 8眼进行回顾性评价。首先完成角膜裂口修补 ,然后对损伤的晶状体进行超声乳化吸出 ,必要时行前段玻璃体切除 ,然后植入人工晶状体。术后随访 1～ 3 6月 ,平均 10 3月。结果 3 8眼中 2 0眼 ( 5 2 6% )最终最佳矫正视力在 0 5以上 ;3 0眼 ( 3 8 9% )最终最佳矫正视力在 0 3以上。结论 选择角膜穿孔、晶状体损伤 ,进行角膜穿孔修补、白内障超声乳化吸出、人工晶状体植入联合手术 ,可以获得较好的视力。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with repair of corneal laceration in patients of corneal laceration and traumatic cataract.Methods 38 eyes(38 cases) were evaluated retrospectively.After suture of the corneal laceration,phacoemulsification and PC-IOL implantation through scleral tunnel incision were performed.Results After 1-36 months(mean 10.3 months) follow up,20 eyes(52.6%) achieved visual acuity of 0.5 or better,30 eyes(78.9%) obtained 0.3 or better final visual acuity.Conclusion The combined surgery of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with repair of corneal laceration can have a good visual outcome.
