摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸布比卡因注射液中盐酸布比卡因的含量;方法:采用C18柱,乙腈-pH6.8磷酸盐缓 冲液(65:35)为漉动相;检测波长为263nm。结果:在50μg／ml^1000μg／ml范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.000);平均回收率为 99.3％(n=9),RSD为0.7％。结论:该方法准确,可靠,专属性强,可用于其质量控制。
Objective:A reversed-phase HPLC method was developed for the determination of the content of Bupivacaine Hy drochloride in Bupivacaine Hydrochloride Injection. Methods: The chromatographic condition are listed :C18 column, detection wavelength 263nm,and a mixture of acetonitrile-pH6. 8 phosphate buffer (65 : 35,V/V) as a mobile phase. Results:The linear range was 50μg/ml-1000μg/ml(r = 1. 0). The mean recovery was 99. 3% (n=9),RSD=0. 6%. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise,which can used for the assay of the injection.
