摘要
目的 :了解球形幽门螺杆菌对体外培养细胞增殖的影响。方法 :采用抗生素诱导幽门螺杆菌标准菌株NCTC 116 37球变 ,将弯曲形和球形菌的菌悬液 (1× 10 8个 /ml )作 5倍梯度稀释 ,而后分别加入胃癌上皮细胞SGC 790 1,共孵育 3d后 ,用MTT法检测SGC 790 1细胞增殖的情况。结果 :高浓度的弯曲形和球形幽门螺杆菌 (>8× 10 7个 /ml )可明显抑制细胞的增殖 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;低浓度的球形幽门螺杆菌 (<1 2 8× 10 5个 /ml )可明显促进细胞的增殖 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :球形幽门螺杆菌在体外可影响SGC 790 1细胞的增殖。
Objective:To understand the effect of coccoid Helicobacter pylori on proliferation of gastric carcinoma epithelial line SGC-7901 cultured in vitro. Methods:The Helicobacter pylori standard strain NCTC 11637 was induced by antibiotics into coccoid form. The suspended fluid of curved or coccoid bacteria(1×10 8 个/ml) was diluted by 5 folds continuously, and it was added into gastric carcinoma epithelial line SGC-7901 respectively. The proliferation of gastric carcinoma epithelial line SGC-7901 was detected by the MTT assay after a 3-day incubation.Results:Curved or coccoid Helicobacter pylori of high concentration (>8×10 7 个/ml) could significantly inhibit the proliferation of the SGC-7901 cell(P<0.05). Coccoid Helicobacter pylori of low concentration (<1.28×10 5 个/ml) could significantly promote the proliferation of the cell.Conclusion:Coccoid Helicobacter pylori can affect the proliferation of gastric carcinoma epithelial line SGC-7901 in vitro.
