摘要
目的 :分析中西医结合疗法对SARS患者淋巴细胞及T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4 + CD8+的影响 ,探讨其对调节机体免疫功能的作用。方法 :将该院 4 8例SARS确诊患者随机分为中西医结合组及西医组。西医组采用西医治疗方案 ,结合组采用中西医结合治疗方案。根据病情中西医结合治疗组患者服用中药 3周 ,治疗前后分别测定患者外周血淋巴细胞及T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4 + CD8+。外周血淋巴细胞采用日本sysmexk - 4 5 0 0全自动血细胞分析仪检测分析 ,T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4 + CD8+系采用荧光技术、流式细胞仪检测。结果 :①治疗前所有患者中有 38例血淋巴细胞绝对值低下 ,所测 38例患者中有 19名患者CD3+及CD4 + CD8+百分比降低。②结合组血淋巴细胞绝对值在治疗前平均值为 1 0 0× 10 9± 0 4 6× 10 9L- 1 ,西医组为1 2 6× 10 9± 0 5 9× 10 9L- 1 ,治疗后分别为 1 92× 10 9± 0 74× 10 9L- 1 和 1 76× 10 9± 0 5 2× 10 9L- 1 ,治疗前后比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结合组治疗前后差值显著高于西医组 (P <0 0 1)。③在治疗前CD3+异常低下 19例中 ,结合组有 9例 ,西医组有 10例 ,经治疗后仍低于正常分别有 2例和 8例。治疗前CD4 + CD8+异常低下共 2 8例 ,结合组及西医组分别有 15例和 13例 ,经治疗后仍低于正?
Objective:To study the effects on lymphocyte & T subset of SARS patients treated by integrative traditional Chinese and western medicine(ICWM). Methods:48 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group treated by western medicine (WM) alone and the test group treated by ICWM. The test group patients took the traditional Chinese medicine by 3 weeks based on their conditions. Lymphocyte and T subset were measured. Results:① At pretreatment, absolute value of lymphocyte of 38 patients in all patients were low. There were 19 patients with lowered CD3 +, and 28 patients with lowered CD4 +/CD8 + ratio in 38 patients with T subset measured. ② The value of lymphocyte in plasma in patients after ICWM treatment increased from 1 00×10 9±0 46×10 9 L -1 to 1 92×10 9±0 74×10 9 L -1 ( P <0 01) and that after WM treatment, increased from 1 30×10 9±0 58×10 9 L -1 to 1 80×10 9±0 51×10 9 L -1 ( P <0 01). Comparison of the value of lymphocyte after treatment between the two groups showed very significantly different ( P <0 01). ③ Immune function examination showed that the 19 patients with the CD3 + lowered after ICWM treatment were decreased from 9 to 2 and that after WM treatment, decreased from 10 to 8. The 28 patients with the CD4 +/CD8 + lowered after ICWM treatment were decreased from 15 to 5 and those after WM treatment, decreased from 13 to 10. The results by Fisher's exact test showed that recovery of T subset of SARS treatment with ICWM was better than that with WM alone.Conclusion:Immunological function in all SARS patients is probably low. The therapeutic strategy of ICWM on enhancing immunological function has been showed better than that of WM alone.
