摘要
目的 分析济宁市市区居民 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年的死因构成比及潜在寿命损失年 (PYLL) ,以探讨社区人群的死因顺位和主要的卫生问题。方法 用SPSS 10 .0统计分析软件计算各主要死因的构成比、PYLL和PYLL相对比 ,并分别进行死因排序。结果 全死因死亡率 4 .5 3% ,男性高于女性。按照死因构成比排序 ,前五位死因为恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、损伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病 ;按照PYLL构成比排序 ,前五位死因为恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病 ;按照PYLL相对比排序 ,前五位依次是损伤与中毒、呼吸系统、消化系统疾病、恶性肿瘤和心血管疾病。结论 济宁市市区居民的主要死因和卫生问题应是恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病 ,而造成早死的主要疾病是损伤与中毒。
Objectives Through analyzing the causes of death and PYLL for urban residents from 2000 to 2002 in Jining, to find out the ranks of causes of death and the priorities of health problems. Methods. We calculated the proportions of main causes of death, PYLL and PYLL relative ratios with SPSS 10.0 and ranked the causes of death according to these index. Results. The total mortality rate is 4.53‰. The mortality rate for male is higher than that for female. According to the proportions of causes of death, the five leading causes of death are malignant neoplasm, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, injury and poisoning and respiratory system diseases. According to the proportions of PYLL, the five leading causes of death are malignant neoplasm, injury and poisoning, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and digestive system diseases. According to the PYLL relative ratios, the five leading causes of death are injury and poisoning, respiratory system diseases, digestive system diseases, malignant neoplasm and cardiovascular disease. Conclusions. The leading causes of death for urban residents in Jjining city are malignant neoplasm, injury and poisoning, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and digestive system diseases. The main diseases that cause early death are injury and poisoning, and digestive system diseases for male and respiratory system diseases for female.
