摘要
本文把维持高炉风量不变和维持不同部位(炉缸、炉身、炉顶)的煤气量不变,作为高炉操作的控制条件,探讨了富氧率对高炉产量的影响;推导出各种控制条件下,煤比增加产量提高时,所需达到的鼓风含氧量(或富氧率)计算公式,并结合实例进行了具体计算。本文的这些算式对指导富氧喷煤的高炉冶炼是有一定作用的。
In the paper, the influnce of oxygen lnrichment on the BF productivity under dif- ferent operation conditions, in which the quantity of blast in the blast furnace and the quan- tity of gas in the bosh zone, stack and top zone respectirely were kept constant, was studied and diecussed. The computing formulae for oxygen concentration in the BF blast air have been proposed. The ratio of oxygen enrichment may be sufficent for operation of blast fur- nace while coal injection rate and prvductivity of BF increased. In communication with BF ironmaking practice some calculations was did. Those computing formulae are useful for op- erating of the blast furnace with oxygen enrichment and injection coal.
