摘要
本文介绍了计算机辅助棒材孔型设计软件包的研制工作。该系统全面综合了近年来国内外的研究成果,应用最新的软件技术,建立了宽展、力能参数及孔型优化设计模型,并开发了独到的温度预报软件和计算机绘图软件,根据现场要求设计的孔型系统经近一年的应用,取得了显著的经济效益。
This software, which consists of the design of the pass system for bar produc- tion the mathematical models of the rolling presure and torque、the predicting model of the temperature variation of the bar during rolling and the programe for automatic drawing, syn- thesizes the newly published achievement in the field of Computer Aid Roll Pass Design both home and abroad, Having been used in production practice for almost a year, the pass system has shown great advantage both in the increase of the production rate and in the decrease of the tool consumption.
