固体吸附法再生废石油醚

The Recovery of Waste Petroleum Ether by Solid Adsorption

摘要 通过对硅胶、5A分子筛吸附剂的分析、比较、试验,石油醚再生采用5A分子筛效果显著,石油醚透光率由38%提高到83%,使用400g5A分子筛再生量可达3000mL。此方法设备简单、操作方便、成本低、省时省力,是回收石油醚的可行方法。 Based on the analysis, comparison and experiment with sliica gel and 5A molecular seive, the recovery of petroleum ether by adopting 5A molecular seive found remarkable effects. The transmittancy of petroleum ether wasim proved from 38 percent to 83 percent. 400g of 5A molecular seive can recover waste petroleum ether as much as 3000mL.This method has some advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation, low cost and saving time and labour. It's a feasible method for recovering waste petroleum ether.
