摘要
针对生产过程中原料改变引起酸性气量增加的实际情况,对原处理量不足以满足要求的硫磺回收装置的关键部位燃烧炉进行改造,并对反应机理、装置标定数据及炉子结构进行分析,采用增加火嘴方案增加装置的处理量,其运行结果良好。
As the raw material of the catalytic cracking unit changed,the capacity of the sulfur manufacture unit(SMU) can not meet the requirement of increased sour gas. After analyzing the furnace structure;data of unit and reaction mechanism,the furnace will be reconstructed by adding the burner. After reconstructing the H_2S furnace of SMU has satisfied capacity and good operating result.
