管间距对涡强化扁管管片散热器传热的影响 被引量:2

THE EFFECT TUBE SPACING ON HEAT TRANSFER OF FLAT TUBE BANK FIN HEAT EXCHANGER INTENSIFIED BY VORTEX GENERATORS

摘要 本文应用萘升华传质/传热比拟技术对涡产生器强化的叉排扁管管片式换热器的横向管间距对传热/传质及阻力的影响进行了实验研究。本研究的目的是要得到一可工程应用的关联式,它能反映不同的横向管间距(S_1/S_2=0.582、0.727、0.969)对传热/传质及阻力特性的影响。 The analogy technique between heat and mass transfer by means of naphthalene sub- limation experiment has been used to study the effect of transverse spacing of staggered flat tube bank fin heat exchanger intensified by vortex generators on heat and mass transfer and pressure drop characteristics in this article. A correlation equation which can be used in engineering application has been obtained and it can reflect the effect of different tube transverse spacing(S1/S2 =0.582、0.727、 0.969) on heat and mass transfer and pressure drop characteristics.
