摘要
通过小试选择出先用H_2SO_4调节污水pH值,后投加甲壳质和聚铝絮凝剂处理脱前注碱电脱盐污水的预处理方法。经设计的试验装置验证,本预处理流程是可行的,处理效果显著,COD和油的去除率可达95％以上,经预处理的污水可直接排污水处理场,不会造成冲击。
A method to pretreat the caustic injected electric desalting water by adding crust material and polyaluminum flocculent after the pH adjustment of the wastewater by H_2SO_4. The designed process is tested and verified to be feasible with the significant COD and oil removing rate over 97%～98%. The treated water can directly be discharged into water plant without any impact.
