摘要
介绍催化裂解工艺及环境污染的特点。此装置与催化裂化装置相比,含硫污水量大,污染物多,干气、液态烃收率高,一般为11%、41%左右。干气、液态烃中含硫量也增加,催化剂单耗达3kg/t 原料使催化剂粉尘危害严重,为治理此装置的污染,分别采取了含硫污水治理、回收干气、加强液态烃、干气脱硫等一系列防治措施。
Descrbe the special features on environmental contamination and catalytic splitting process.As compared with catalytic cracking process,This unit has more sour water with mutiple types of pollutants;higher yields of dry gas/liquid Petroleum gas 11%,41% respectively also higher sulfur content in the products; higher catalyst consumption(3kg/ton.feed)makes heavier powder polluting. A series of protection/control measures were taken separately by means of the treatment of sour water,recorery of dry gas,strengthening the desulfurization of liquid Petroleum gas and dry gas,etc.
