摘要
乙烯装置排出的废碱中,主要含有硫化钠,碳酸钠及少量的有机物,使废碱的的综合利用受到一定限制。本试验采用固体氧化锌与硫化钠溶液进行固液反应,使硫化钠再生为氢氧化钠获得成功。试验条件:硫化钠含量100~200g/L,硫化钠与氧化锌的分子比为1:1,反应温度80℃,时间1h,硫化钠转化率可达95%,氢氧化钠单程收率在80%左右,氧化锌通过焙烧可循环使用,从而为废碱的综合利用找到了一条新路。
Because the alkali waste mainly contains sodium sulphide,sodium carbonate and some organic matters,which restrict the comprehensive utilization of alkali waste.Applying a solidliquid reaction between solid zinc oxide and liquid sodium sulphide,the experiment has come off, regenerating sodium sulphide into sodium hydroxide.Conditions of experi- ment:content of sodium sulphide 100~200 g/L,molecular ratio of sodium sulphide and zincoxide 1:1,reaction temperature 80℃,reaction time 1 hour regeneration rate of sodium sulphide 95%,single pass recovery rate of sodium hydroxide 80%.Zincoxide is reused after being baked.A new way of comprehensive utilization of alkaline waste is thus found.
