摘要
目的 :探讨S 10 0 ( +)树突状细胞 (dendriticcell,DC)在卵巢上皮癌组织中的分布及意义。方法 :用抗S 10 0蛋白抗体和免疫组织化学的方法检测人卵巢上皮癌患者肿瘤组织中DC的分布及数量。结果 :共检测 5 9例卵巢上皮肿瘤患者 ,肿瘤组织中见DC浸润 ,S 10 0 ( +)DC数与肿瘤临床分期(r =-0 3 10 ,P <0 0 1)和组织分级(r =-0 45 8,P <0 0 5 )呈负相关 ;S 10 0 ( +)DC数“大量组 (≥ 10 /HPF)”的 3、5年生存率 ( 5 8 3 %、41 7% )比“少量组 ( <10 /HPF)”( 3 1 4%、0 )明显提高 ;P <0 0 1。结论
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution and significance of S-100(+)DC in epithelial ovarian cancer.METHODS:Immunohistochemical methods was engaged to measure the anti-S100 antibody positive cells infiltrated in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue.RESULTS:Fifty-nine cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma were reviewed.S-100(+)DC were demonstrated among the malignant cells and/or around the tumor.The amount of S-100(+)DC had a negative relation to the clinical stage (r= -0.310,P<0.01) and histological grade of ovarian carcinoma (r=-0.458,P<0.05).Three or five year survival rate of patients with the 'many' S-100(+)DC (equal or more than 10 cells per 10 high-power fields) in the tumor (58.3%,41.7%) were higher than that of patients with the 'few'(DC less than 10 cells per 10 high-power fields,31.4%,0),P<0.01.CONCLUSION: DC plays an important role in anti-tumor immune of ovarian epithelial carcinoma host.
