摘要
目的 观察自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂 (calcium phosphates cement,CPC)在牙体治疗中临床疗效。方法 选择恒牙需根管治疗或根管治疗合并其它治疗者 2 0 6颗 ,随机分 2组 ,分别充填 CPC及常规根管治疗充填剂 ,观察其临床近期疗效。结果 CPC充填术后反应明显轻于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,超充糊剂 3个月复查时吸收高于对照组(P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 1年的愈合率两组差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 自固化磷酸钙根管充填糊剂是一种良好的牙体治疗材料。
Objective To evaluate the effect of calcium phosphates cement(CPC) on root canal therapy(RCT).Methods A total of 206 permanent teeth were treated by RCT,and the canals were filled with CPC(in 104 teeth)and normal materail(in 102 teeth).The effects were evaluated by clinical and radiological observation.Results Apical tissue reaction was lighter in 3 days following RCT in the group of CPC than that in the group with normal material( P <0.05).The absorption of the over filled pasters 3 months after RCT was better( P <0.01).The effectiveness of 1 year after RCT was the same in the group of CPC as the group with normal material( P >0.05).Conclusion CPC is very good for dental treatment.
