双硫腙和高锌饲料对妊娠后期仔鼠脑海马发育影响的形态学研究

摘要 利用双硫腙螯合锌造成妊娠后期母鼠缺锌,并以高锌饲料喂饲另一组妊娠后期母鼠,对二者所产仔鼠的脑海马进行了形态学研究。结果表明,双硫腙组仔鼠脑海马较小、皮质变薄、细胞排列较密、有丝分裂像增多;海马 CA_1区锥体细胞中粗面内质网池扩张,池中可见低电子密度物质。常锌和高锌组仔鼠海马 CA_(1)区神经元的细胞器较双硫腙组更趋成熟。 The effect on hippocampus development in off- springs of pregnant rats fed with dithizone,with nor- mal or zinc-excess diets in the late gestation period was investigated.The results showed that in the dithizone feeding group,the size of hippocampus of one day old rats was smaller,the cortex thinner,the cell arrangement denser,and the mitotic figure great in number,as compared with those in the normal and zinc-excess feeding groups.In the offsprings of the dithizone feeding group,the cisternse of ERE in pyramidal cells were dilated,in which substance with low electron density,was detected.The organelles of neurons in the hippocampus CA3 area were more ma- ture in the normal and zinc-excess feeding groups.
