摘要
我国高等教育已进入大众化阶段,已显现许多问题;我国还将稳固有序地进一步扩大大众化,将会出现许多新问题--这些问题是高等教育需要解决的迫切问题。列举了旧教育体制(过分一律)在教育结构、培养目标、学科结构、教学模式、评估标准、管理等方面的弊端,指出大众化应以多样化为前提。多样化包括结构多样化和管理多样化。在强调多样化时要注意处理好提高和定位、"通才"和"专才"等问题。
Many problems have arisen since Chinese higher education entered the popularization period. As China will definitely further its higher education popularization at stable speed, even more problems will turn up. These problems need to be solved rather urgently. Having enumerated various malpractices of old educational systems, including the structural training purpose, disciplinary structure, teaching patterns, evaluation standards as well as educational management, this paper points out that diversity is the only prerequisite to popularization of higher education. The diversity includes diversity of both structure and management. While emphasizing the diversity, we must correctly handle such issues as improvement and orientation,'versatile talents' and 'talents with specific professional skill .
