摘要
农用土地资源的持续利用是整个社会经济发展的根本。农用土地资源可持续利用要从质和量,即防止农用地的过度非农化和保证土地生产力的可持续性两个方面控制。防止土地的过度非农化必须将土地机会成本的内涵扩展到其真实内容,即将土地的生态和社会效益经济化。对于农用土地这一特殊的生态经济系统,其持续利用必须注意土地生态系统和土地经济系统这两大子系统之间要素的配置协调,否则将导致农用土地生态系统的“过劳死”。
Sustainable use of agricultural land is fundamental to the whole social sustainable development. To
counter the decreasing sustainability of the agricultural land, we must control the quantity and cluality of it. To the
former, the most essential thing is restoring the intension of the opportunity cost of the land use, that is to say, making
the ecological and social benefits of the land use combine with the economic benefit. And combine the theory of eco-
economics, the overview is presented that to the special eco-economic system, guarenteeing the sustainable land use
meaning the ratio of the land ecological system and the land economic system must be balanced, or the former will be
dead from overworked.
