摘要
镁合金化学活泼性强,表面极易形成碱性氧化膜,镁合金的化学抛光由于镁合金化学活泼性的局限,较难实现,且抛光后表面也极易氧化.通过对镁合金的电抛光工艺参数的确定,镁合金电抛光电流密度与光洁度关系的测定,以及镁合金抛光后的钝化处理,实现了镁合金的表面电抛光。
Magnesium alloy has active chemistry character. The oxide film is formed easily.Chemistry polishing of magnesium alloy is difficult with its chemistry activity.and the surface is easily oxidized after polishing.Some technological parameters of magnesium alloy such as the relation between the current density and brightness,passivation treatment, have been studied in this paper. parameters of magnesium surface polishinghave been established and the treated sample scan exists for long time with their brightness.
