摘要
建立开放型创新主体、营造创新型图书馆文化是图书馆创新发展的决定性因素。先进的信息技术是创新的必要条件 ,而服务的多样化则是创新的目标。唯有不断的创新才能推动图书馆蓬勃发展。
This paper argues that one of the decisive factors of libraries' innovative development is to establish an open, knowledge-based library culture. Advanced information technology is the prerequisite of innovation, while a great variety of services is the goal of innovation. It is constant innovation that drives the development of libraries.
