摘要
职业素质是胜任某一职业所具备的综合素质 ,主要包括职业意识、职业知识、职业技能、职业道德、职业心理、职业形象等 .高职院校应通过多种有效途径将高职学生职业素质的培养和拓展贯穿于学生在校学习的全过程 。
The occupational quality refers to the comprehensive qualities required by an occupation,including career consciousness,professional knowledge and skills,occupational ethics,occupational psychological state,and occupational image.To meet the society ,s need for the graduates from higher vocational education,vocational colleges should cultivate students , occupational quality and help them to expand this quality through diverse and effective means and throughout the duration of students ,schooling years.
