认真总结中间阶层的崛起原因和发展态势 ,正确评价中间阶层对我国经济政治社会的客观作用 ,努力探索培植中间阶层的可能途径 。
To establish a social structure and fundamental social groups that are fit for a well-off society,the following are the key issues:carefully summarizing the reasons why the intermediate stratum of society have risen to prominence,equitably assess their contributions to effortfully seeking possible ways to promote the prosperity of the intermetiate stratum.
