摘要
从采自南中国海域的豆荚软珊瑚中分离得到一个新的神经酰胺,通过波谱分析及化学转化等方法确定了它的化学结构。
A new phytosphingpsine-type ceramide has been isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Lobophytum sp. Its structure was established as (2S,3S,4R)-N-[2-(1,3,4-trihydroxy-octadecanyl)]-octadecamamide by spectroscopic methods and chemical conversion.
