摘要
当生产和消费的偏好集出现显著的非凸性时,可能会出现市场失灵。但在这种显著的非凸性环境中,譬如,出现垄断,外部性与公共物品的条件下,市场机制能否通过一个时间间隔,或能否通过增加一些条件,而使资源配置在市场机制的作用下实现帕累托最优,这便是本文所要分析的内容。本文考察在垄断条件下市场失灵的自发调节。
Market Failure is likely to appear when the preferences set of production and consumption exists Whether the Market Mechanism can get Pareto optimum by passing a certain time slot or adding some conditions obvious non-convexity,in the condition of obvious non-convexity, like which is monopoly, externality and public goods,which is this article’s study contents,that is to say,this article research the spontaneous adjustment of market failure.
