摘要
对剪板机工作原理及控制特点进行分析,选用S7 200型PLC为控制器,设计剪板机控制系统,包括硬件和软件设计.实践结果表明,该设计方案合理,可靠性高,有很好的实用性.
The working theory and control character of cutting plate machine are analyzed.Using S7-200 PLC as controller,the control system of cutting plate machine is designed including hardware design and software design.Practical result shows that the design project is reasonable with high reliability and good practicability.
