摘要
增发新股在证券市场上有着重要的地位和作用。我国增发新股的形式与特点和英美等国上市公司增发新股有所区别。我国应借鉴国外的先进经验和模式,结合我国的实际情况,对证券市场再融资进行规范化管理,使企业既能通过证券市场进行融资,又能保护投资者的利益。
To issue additional new stocks is an important function of Stock Market. The way we issue additional new stocks has shortcomings comparing with mature security markets in Great Britain and America. We should improve to provide ways for corporate finance, and protect investor's interests at the same time.
