保持济南泉水持续喷涌的根本出路在于转变长期不可持续的发展方式。通过对当前的思维方式、生产方式和生活方式的检讨,通过对政府行为、企业行为和公众行为的约束,通过加强城市生态建设,落实可持续发展战略,经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益并重,一定能保持泉水常年持续喷涌。
The ultimate outlet for keeping sustainable spew of springs in Jinan is to change long-term unsustainable development style: the changing of current thinking style, manufacture style and life style; the transformation of government bahavior, corporation behavior and public behavior; the strengthening of zoology building; development strategy; the trade off of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit.
