摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用法结合计算机检索对刺果甘草叶的挥发性化学成分进行分析和鉴定,经毛细管色谱分离出27个峰,并且确认了所含的全部化合物,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量,其化学成分主要为5-(2-丙烯基)-1,3-苯并间二氧杂环戊烯(19.02%);3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(17.70%);[1R-(1R*,4Z,9S*)]-4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-二环[7.2.0]十一碳-4-烯(11.53%);2,3,6-三甲基-1,6-庚二烯(8.36%);2-十一酮(4.24%);香豆素-7,8-二醇(3.81%);2-甲基-6-亚甲基-7-辛烯-2-醇(3.47%);3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六烯-1-醇(3.43%)。上述8种化合物的含量占全油的71.56%。首次报道了刺果甘草叶的挥发性化学成分,为进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。
The volatile chemical components from the leaves of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical components were separated and identified by the capillary GC-MS method and the standard mass spectral data was analysed. By capillary chromatography, 27 peaks were isolated, and all of the compounds were identified. The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization, and the main chemical components were 5-(2-propenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole (19.02%), 3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol (17.70%), [1R-(1R~*,4Z,9S~*)]-4,11,11-trimethyl-8-methylene-bicyclo[7.2.0]undec-4-ene ((11.53%)), 2,3,6-trimethyl-1,6-heptadiene (8.36%), 2-undecanone (4.24%), coumarin-7,8-diol ((3.81%)), 2-methyl-6-methylene-7-octen-2-ol ((3.47%)), and 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol ((3.43%)). These eight compounds made up 71.56% of the total oil. This research is reported for the first time. The results provide a scientific base for further exploitation of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora.
