卵巢打孔治疗对克罗米芬拮抗的多囊卵巢综合征

摘要 目的　总结腹腔镜下双卵巢打孔治疗对克罗米芬拮抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗经验。方法　对在我院腹腔镜卵巢打孔治疗对克罗米芬拮抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者 32例进行回顾性分析。结果　该组病人 ( 62 %初潮发病 )经药物治疗时间在 1～ 1 0年 ,经腹腔镜卵巢打孔手术治疗后排卵率 86.3%,妊娠率 65 .6%,术后雄激素 (T)水平明显下降 ,黄体生成素 /卵泡刺激素 (LH/FSH)比率倾向正常水平 ;手术前黄体生成素 (LH)水平较高、病程较长 ,预示术后有较好的治疗效果。结论　本手术代价小、恢复快、可重复多次进行 ,医患双方均易于接受。
