摘要
从电力市场的角度出发,对华北电网的稳定问题进行了分析、探讨。分析了电力市场运营与电网统一调度密不可分的关系,强调统一调度、分级管理的原则。强调应加强在线电网安全分析和电力系统风险评估的研究,建设安全实用的电力市场技术支持系统。发电机参数的辨识工作应重视和加强,研究制定华北电网系统规划适当超前于电力市场对系统需要的相应政策。
The paper discusses the stability problem of North China power network from the point view of power marketing, analyses the impartibility relation between power market operation and power network consolidate dispatching, insists the principle of the consolidating dispatch and prading management. It is important to study on-line safety analysing and risk evaluating of the electric power system, and we should build safety and banausic power marketing technic supporting system. We should pay more attention to the work of generator parameter distinguish. We should study and establish the corresponding policy that the layout of North China power network adequately exceed the needs of power marketing.
