在电力市场改革中,电力企业要面对市场带来的各种风险。将企业风险管理的理论和中国电力体制改革的进程相结合,通过对改革过程中电网经营企业的经营环境分析,进一步识别和评估电网公司的经营风险,从而初步探讨建立电网公司风险管理体系,以促进电网公司在改革过程中的稳定发展。
During the innovation of power market, the power grid enterprises also face all kinds of risks from the market. This article probes into the theories of enterprise risk management together with the process of renovation of Chinese power system. Through the analysis of power operating environment during the innovation, this article further identifies and evaluates the operating risks faced by power grid enterprises, thereby preliminarily probes into the establishment of risk management system for power grid enterprises so as to facilitate the stable development of power grid enterprises in the process of innovation.
