摘要
应用样条有限元法计算波导加载腔的外Q值 .计算表明 ,该方法不但计算精度高 ,而且能保证场量横向分量应有的连续性 .
In this paper, spline finite-element method is applied to compute external Q value of the waveguide loaded cavity. The calculation shows that the method not only has a high computational accuracy, but also preserves the continuity of all field cross components.
