摘要
介绍了灌溉渠系优化配水模型的研究进展,并从模型参数、输配水技术和管理体制等方面分析了优化配水难以在灌区实施的原因,指出实行优化配水还必需加强田间试验,完善渠道量水设施,提高量水技术,建立适应现行管理体制的配水模型,同时继续推进灌溉管理体制改革。
The present research situation of optimal water allocation of irrigation canal system is described and the exiting problems,in practice from the aspects of the model parameter,the technique of water's conveyance and distribution,irrigation management system,are analyzed.Finally,the advice about more field experiments,improving water measure equipment and technique is put forward.At the same time,the optimal water allocation model should fit with the present irrigation management system and the irrigation management system should be perfected continuously to practise the optimal allocation of irrigation water recourses.
