21世纪高新技术和知识经济迅猛发展,对从事高职教育的青年教师提出了更严峻地挑战。尽快适应市场经济的要求,成为一名创新型、多元化人类灵魂工程师,知识智能创新已迫在眉睫。知识智能结构创新必须遵循创新原则,把握创新内容和特征,采取科学的创新方法和措施。
High technology and intellectual economy have a great development in 21c, which has put forward a big challenge for young teacher at higher vocational college. Young teacher should become an innovative?multi-cultural soul engineer to make himself suit market economy it is urgent to realize the innovation of intellectual.structure, which needs to abide by innovative principle and master innovative content and features and take scientific methods and measures.
