摘要
研究了2 (3,5 二氯 2 吡啶偶氮) 5 二甲氨基苯酚(简称3,5 diCl DM PAP)与钌(Ⅱ)的高灵敏显色反应。实验结果表明,在pH4.5~6.5的乙酸 乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,在有盐酸羟胺存在并加热的条件下,钌(Ⅱ)与试剂形成稳定的绿蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于623nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.25×105L·mol-1·cm-1,其组成为Ru∶3,5 diCl DMPAP=1∶3,钌(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.90μg mL范围内符合比耳定律。已用于钌催化剂和贵金属精矿中微量钌的测定。
A new method for determination of ruthenium(Ⅱ) with 2-(3,5-dichloro-2-pyridyazo)-5-dimethylaminophenol(3,5-diCl-DMPAP) was investigated. The results showed that Ru(Ⅱ) reacted with 3,5-diCl-DMPAP to form a green-blue complex at pH of 4.5~6.5 by heating in a boiling water bath and in the presence of NH_2OH·HCl. By addition of EtOH, its apparent molar absorptivity was 1.25×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 623 nm. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~0.90 μg/mL for Ru(Ⅱ). It was used to determine micro-amounts of ruthenium in refined ore and catalysts with satisfactory results.
