摘要
本文通过对随机数的产生、变换、检验、计算机解尺寸链实际算例,详细论述了装配尺寸链的蒙特卡洛解法,并将此法与极值解法、概率法作了分析比较,认为该法合理、方便、实用,并为此法在尺寸链计算中能得到实际运用创造了条件.
This paper presents a description of the monte-carlo simulation of the assembly dimensional chain with regard to the generation, transformation and examination of the random numbers and the illustration of the dimensional chain calculated by computer.The simulation method has been compared with the maxi-mini method and the probabilistic method. The result shows that this method is more reasonable, convenient and practical. It is shown in the paper that the Monte-Carlo method has found its great potential in the calculation of the dimensional chain.
