摘要
文章研究了不同浓度的细胞分裂素 6 BA对白掌外植体诱导、愈伤组织增殖、不定芽增殖及生长素IBA对诱导生根的影响。结果表明 :初代培养基以 1 /2MS +CM 1 0 0ml/L +蔗糖 30 g/L +琼脂 6 g/L +6 BA 1 .0mg/L效果最好 ;在培养基MS +NAA0 .1mg/L +蔗糖 30 g/L +琼脂 6 g/L中添加 6 BA 1 .0mg/L愈伤组织和不定芽的增殖倍数最高 ;在培养基 1 /2MS +活性炭 2 g/L +蔗糖 30 g/L +琼脂 6 g/L中添加 2 .
This article study the effect of different 6 BA concentration to the induction rate of explants, the proliferation of callus, the proliferation of adventitious bud in Spathiphyllum kochii tissue culture. The effect of different IBA concentration to the rooting are also studied. The result showed that induction rate of explants was highest when added 1.0 mg/L 6 BA to medium 1/2MS+CM100 ml/L+sugar 30 g/L+agar agar 6 g/L, added 6 BA 1.0 mg/L to medium MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sugar 30 g/L+agar agar 6 g/L was good for raising rate of increase of callus and adventitious root, added 2.0 mg/L IBA to medium 1/2MS+ activated carbon 2.0 mg+sugar 30 g/L+agar agar 6 g/L could raising rooting rate strikingly.
