摘要 从隐性知识和显性知识的角度 ,阐述了知识转化的四种模式 ,分析了隐性知识对于企业的重要性 ,指出企业内部隐性知识共享的主要途径是构建企业内部知识交流系统。在此基础上 ,给出了知识交流系统的基本架构 ,分析了知识咨询系统的结构 ,提出知识专家地图的概念并构建了知识专家地图的三维结构图 ,对知识专家优化选择的流程进行了分析。
