摘要
人体所必需的微量元素锌,是生物体内约160多种酶的辅基,与生物的生长发育、各种抗性及免疫都有重要关系。本文综述了微量元素锌在生物体内对生物膜的稳定性和抗氧化作用、基因表达调控、细胞免疫、细胞凋亡及其对生物的毒性等生理生化功能。
Zinc, the essential trace element of human body, is the prosthetic group of more than 160 kinds of enzyme in lives. And it is essential for growing and development of lives as well as a variety of resistance or immunity. This article reviews physiological and biological function of zinc in the lives, such as stabling the bio -membrane, anti - oxidizing, regulating the expression of gene, cell immunity, cell apoptosis and its toxicity to lives.
