摘要
随着时代的发展,环境保护越来越受到人们的重视。电站锅炉化学清洗时会连续产生废液,如不采取措施或处理不当,会严重污染环境。该课题分析了锅炉化学清洗传统钝化工艺的现状,根据“十八烷基胺”作为锅炉停备防腐剂的实践,研究其作为锅炉化学清洗钝化剂的可能性。通过试验研究,证明“十八烷基胺”可以作为锅炉化学清洗钝化剂,确定了锅炉化学清洗钝化工艺参数,并在石热锅炉化学清洗中进行了应用。
This paper an alyses the chemical cleaning and passivation status of boiler and the application possibility ofoctadecylamine as the passivant of chemical cleaning for boiler.That octadecylamine can beused as passivant of chemical cleaning forboiler and the technical parameter of chemical cleaning and passivation were determined in this paper.
