摘要
脑出血是临床常见的脑血管病 ,病死率和致残率均很高 ,其外科治疗的方法和作用仍存在争议。近年来发现 ,脑出血是遗传因素和环境因素综合致病的结果。文章综述了脑出血的发生率、出血类型、发病机制、手术治疗方法及影响患者预后的因素等方面的研究进展。
Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a common cerebrovascular disease in clinical practice. Its mortality and disability are very high. The methods and effects of surgical treatment are controversial. Recently, it was found that ICH was the synthetic effects of genetic and circumstance factors. The article reviews the research progresses in the incidence, types of hemorrhage, pathogenesis and operational approaches of ICH as well as the factors affecting the prognosis of ICH.
