摘要
本文提出了冶金技改项目效果评估的指标体系的建立原则及基本框架,并给出相应的指标函义及计算公式。采用程度分析法对评估指标作了筛选,并运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。
This paper puts forward the principles and the basic frames for establishing the indxe system of effect evaluation of the technological reform in metallurgy, and provides the correspondent meanings of the indexes and caculation formula. The evaluation index is screened by means of degree analysis and the weight of each index is defined by means of level analysis.
