材料的自发辐射特性可通过将其置入微型光学腔体中而得到控制。详细论述了多孔硅微腔的制备方法和光学特性研究进展 ,讨论了多孔硅微腔发光的时间、温度、能量效应及其影响因素 。
The spontaneous emission of a material could be controlled by placing it in a micron-sized optical cavity. The research progress on the preparation technique and optical characteristics of porous silicon microcavity were described and analyzed in detail. The effects of time, temperature and energy on photoluminescence of porous silicon microcavity as well as its affect factors are also discussed. Lastly, its perspective applications are presented.
