摘要
本文利用GC6—1工业平缝机和自制的张力测试装置对缝纫张力进行了测试,并对拍摄的张力波形图进行了分析。从而为进一步了解缝纫张力的影响因素,采用合理的张力调节配置方法提供了实验依据。
To find out the influential factors of sewing tensions (i. e. needle thread tension and bobbin thread tension) and rational methods of adjusting and disposing the tensions which occurs frequently during the high—speed sewing operation on an industrial single—needle lockstitch sewing machine, this paper deals with measurement of the tensions by home made stress detector and analysis of the meadle thread tension wave graph recorded by light oscriograph.
