摩擦—喷气复合纺纱主要工艺参数的优化

摘要 分析了影响摩擦—喷气复合纺纱的主要工艺参数。采用二次旋转组合设计方法,通过实验建立了主要工艺参数与成纱强力的数学模型。并采用惩罚函数法进行优化计算,求得最佳工艺条件,根据优化工艺条件,在摩擦—喷气复合纺纱试验机上实际纺制32tex纯棉纱,纱的实测强力与理论结果基本一致,达到同类环锭纱的80%以上。 This Paper analyses the main technological parameters affecting friction-air-jet compound spinning. By using the quadratic rotational composite experimental design method,a mathematical model is experimentally obtained from the yarn strength with the main technological parameters as variables. The constraints are also illustrated. The optimal technological parameters and yarn strength are claculated by using penalty function method. Under the optimal technological condition,the cotton yam of 32 tex is spun successfully and the strength of the yarn obtained is veryclose to the optimal value calculated.
