摘要
在我国现代化过程中 ,一部分农民主动或被动的离开土地是不可避免的。但是目前的征地和失地农民补偿安置办法造成了被征耕地的严重浪费 ,农民生活生计无从保障 ,成为影响社会稳定的重要问题。本文对此进行了分析 。
In the process of modernization of China, it is unavoidable asking some farmers offering their own land for the construction purpose. But current land compulsory purchase policy and compensation method for the farmer who lose their own land cause serious land waste and can not guarantee them leading normal level life, which affects the society stability seriously. The paper throw a insight into the problem and give some suggestions for it
