摘要
本文较系统地介绍了用于制备纳米铜粉的各种方法 ,对这些方法的制备过程、优缺点及其应用情况进行了评述 ,并指出了存在的问题及未来的发展方向。
The methods for preparing nanocrystalline copper powder are reviewed synthetically.The process of preparation and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced.And their application situation is introduced also.Besides,the problem and future development of methods are pointed out.
