摘要
本文报告4例ABO血型不合骨髓移植,2例为ABO血型主要不合,2例为ABO血型次要不合。ABO血型主要不合移植前用羟乙基淀粉自然沉淀去除供者骨髓血中红细胞,2例患者的有核细胞回收率分别为44.89％及65.79％。ABO血型次要不合移植前去除供者骨髓血浆。4例患者骨髓均植活,移植后患者一直未发生溶血反应的临床和实验室证据。
Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation was performed in four leukemia patients (3 CML and 1 AML) with ABO group incompatibility between donors and recipients. Erythrocytes from donor bone marrow grafts were removed by sediment mothed mediated by hydroxyethyl starch before transplantation in two patients with major ABO blood group incompatility. in the patients with minor ABO blood group incompatibility, the plasma were removed from donor bone marrow grafts prior to transplantation.
