不同类型眼外伤血液动力学变化的实验研究

摘要 本实验研究了兔眼不同类型眼外伤血液动力学变化的特点及规律。结果表明:外伤方式不同,对兔眼视网膜-脉络膜屏障的影响是不一样的,其中以眼球钝挫伤引起的眼血管反应紊乱持续时间最长,组织病理学损害也最重。三种眼球穿孔伤中以睫状体穿孔伤合并出血者对眼血流的影响最大。伤后眼压的改变对眼血液动力学的变化呈平行关系。兔眼眼底荧光血管造影对显示外伤性脉络膜血管的微细病变无重要参考价值。 Hemodynamic changes were observed in five types of ocular injuries in rabbit with rheoophthalmography and fluorescence fundus angiography. The amplitude of wave and blood flow exponent alter injuries were regarded as an index. The results showed that the degree of affection on ocular blood-retinal barrier and choroidalretinal barrier was depending on the type of injury. The disturbance of ocular circulation lasted longest and histopathological changes were most serious in contusion eyes in the five types of injury. The ciliary body perforation with bleeding mostly affected the recovery of rhoophthalmography among the three types of perforation injuries. It appears that the changes of IOP are related fo that of hemodynamics alter injury. Our experience is that fluororescence fundus angiography is not a good tochnigue to show the traumatic choroidopathy in detail.
